Pivot Positioner Plus

The Pivot Positioner Plus - Black is a larger ramp-style positioning support designed to bring more comfort and versatility to intimate play. Its soft, flexible, high-density polyurethane foam core provides supportive lift while helping reduce fatigue across a wide range of positions.

Measuring approximately 30 inches long, 24 inches wide, and 12 inches high, the generous ramp shape creates a stable foundation for changing angles, improving access, or easing strain on the body. The supportive foam flexes under pressure while maintaining the structure needed for comfortable positioning.

Four webbed connection loops are built into the sides for attaching compatible restraints or adding physical support. The Hook-and-Loop-compatible exterior cover also works with the Pivot Connection Kit and Pivot 3 in 1 Play-Pad, allowing the positioner to become part of a more customizable setup. Accessories are sold separately.

The removable exterior cover is machine washable, while the water-resistant interior liner is also machine washable and helps shield the foam core from moisture. Remove both covers before washing and follow the care instructions on their labels.
