The Perfect Fit Fat Boy Original Ultra Fat 5.5" Sheath delivers the pronounced thickness of the Ultra Fat design in the shorter of its two standard lengths. Its 5.5-inch body adds approximately one inch of girth while the soft, stretchy SilaSkin construction conforms around the wearer.

A closed tip and thick loop around the base of the scrotum help keep the sheath in position during penetration or stroking. The exterior is smooth, while the rippled interior adds texture for the wearer. The clear, non-vibrating design is made from a soft silicone/TPR blend and is listed as phthalate-free and latex-free.

Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant inside before fitting the sheath, then add more lubricant externally as needed. After use, wash with warm water and mild soap or toy cleaner, rinse thoroughly and let it dry completely before storing it separately from other soft toys.

Frequently asked questions

It can be, but the Ultra Fat design adds substantial girth. Use plenty of water-based lubricant, take your time fitting it, and consider a slimmer sheath if you are new to size enhancement.

Both sizes use the same Ultra Fat concept and add approximately one inch of girth. The 5.5-inch model offers the shorter medium-length profile, while the other standard size is 7 inches long.

The sheath has a closed tip and a thick loop that wraps around the base of the scrotum. Together, these features help keep it positioned during penetration or stroking.

A quality water-based lubricant is the safest all-purpose choice. Apply it generously inside before fitting the sheath and externally as needed, then wash and dry the sheath thoroughly after use.
